2026ph Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 2026ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By registering an account on 2026ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4 2026ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement. The 2026ph Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the Company's discretion.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 2026ph reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in any self-exclusion program — including PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry — are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 2026ph. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order is a serious violation of these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 2026ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). 2026ph is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the Platform.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. You must notify 2026ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 2026ph account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 2026ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted subject to availability.

4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on the 2026ph Platform: (a) credit cards of any kind, in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts; and (b) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. 2026ph reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. 2026ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 2026ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 2026ph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 2026ph are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Players are responsible for understanding the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 2026ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.

5.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2026ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 2026ph staff or other players.

6.2 2026ph employs fraud detection systems and monitors gameplay patterns for irregularities. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

7.1 All content on the 2026ph Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 2026ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

7.3 Any unauthorized use of 2026ph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2026ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.2 2026ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

8.3 2026ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9.1 2026ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

9.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. Registered players may access the following tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders and automatic logouts after a specified period of play;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period;

10.1 2026ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 2026ph customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding disputes exist.

10.3 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 2026ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real money balance in the account.

11.1 2026ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for KYC verification, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

12.1 2026ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

12.3 The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 2026ph's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to the support team, which will be acknowledged within five (5) business days and resolved within thirty (30) business days where possible.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players retain the right to pursue legal remedies through the appropriate Philippine courts.

13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
